NASCAR and CRESCENT STREET

The Busch series is NASCAR’S second highest level of professional competition and is the second most popular form of motorsport in the US . Within a 10 month season from February to November , over 1500 races are televised weekly in 150 countries and in 23 languages . NASCAR’S broad appeal is attributed to the sport’s traditional values and the sense of belonging felt by it’s many fans .

NASCAR fans are a diverse group but the common points lie in their LOYALTY to the brand , DEVOTION to the sport and most of all , their PASSION.

72 % of fans are likely to purchase a product that is associated with the NASCAR event .

There are over 5.8 million NASCAR fans in Canada . This represents 1 in 4 ADULTS ages between 18 and 44 years old .

1 outdoor GIANT screen at the corner of Crescent and De Maisonneuve
A giant 9 foot by 12 foot ( 12 square meters ) LED screen will be located at the corner of Crescent and De Maisonneuve streets . During the event , Crescent street will be closed off to all vehicular traffic and will become once again the premier site of Montreal’s great tradition as the world’s biggest party center dedicated to the celebration of international motor sports wether it be F1 , Moto Racing , Champ or Indy Car or as in this case ,  NASCAR .
