Street and City wide party surrounding the Champ
Car World Series racing event with the most watched
spectator sports events in the Olympics , Beach
Volleyball .

Champ Car World Series powered by Ford .
- Racing at the prestigious Circuit Gilles
Villeneuve on Ile Notre Dame in Montreal .

Street over the three day period.
- Giant LED 9X12 screen running from 11 AM
to 12 AM.

lining Crescent Street.
- Racing drivers autograph sessions.
- Free live performance concerts on the Molson
Dry stage every night.
- Many more race related kiosks and activities
such as:
- Live onsite radio broadcasts.

by BBF Racing and Promotions Inc. in collaboration

The Event
Beach Volleyball Festival 2005
Saint – Laurent
Boulevard
In combination with the Molson Indy Race Weekend
a NEW and Spectacular event has joined the dynamic
Montreal summer season of world class events.
The highlights are as follows:
- A Giant LED 9 X 12 screen running from 11AM
to 3AM over a four day period.
- The screen will be strategically located
at the specially built Beach Volleyball Stadium
in the heart of the “in zone” of
St. Laurent Boulevard.
- Beach Volleyball is achieving phenomenal
growth and spectator appeal . Since it’s
introduction in the 1996 Olympics, it has
become the most watched sport on television
during the Olympics.
- For the occasion, St. Laurent Boulevard
will be closed to vehicle traffic from Sherbrooke
to Mount Royal streets. It is expected that
400,000 pedestrians will circulate over this
four day event.
- The exhibition tournament will feature by
invitation only Canada ’s Best Professional
players . These teams will compete two days
from noon till 8 PM and two days from noon
until 6 PM.
- Many other activities such as:
- Interactive spectator games offering many
prizes.
- Many activities for children and their
families. Children will also be able to
play volleyball from 10 AM to noon everyday.
- Fashion shows.
- Concerts combining artists and disc jockeys
at many pre-selected night clubs.
